We are very glad that, after a request from Cllr Cameron Holloway, City Council officers have carried out repairs to the bridge crossing Bin Brook near the Gough Way estate. Repairs have been made to the treads, to make sure the bridge is safe to use over the winter.
Officers regularly inspect the bridge for structural integrity, and the steelwork itself is in good condition.
Cameron said: “I’m really glad that the bridge between Gough Way estate and Cranmer Road has been repaired following my request. I know this is a really important route into town for lots of residents, so it’s great to know it’s safe to use this winter.”
