Colville pupils voted on designs for a new area in their playground. The votes came in, and Cambridge MP Daniel Zeichner, was on hand to announce the results.
Ideas included a bird watching den, a buddy zone and a puppet show area. The winner was a maze.
Mr Zeichner also met members of the school council and joined an assembly where he explained his work as local MP and took questions from the pupils.
Daniel Zeichner MP said: “It is great to see democracy in action at Colville School and hear all the ideas to make the playground more exciting.”
