Following the news that Cambridge North’s opening will be delayed until May 2017 Daniel Zeichner MP said:
‘I am extremely disappointed at this further delay to the opening of the new Cambridge North station.
If we are going to avoid gridlock in Cambridge we need rapid improvements to our public transport.
I want to know what has gone wrong and will be seeking assurances from Network Rail that this is the last delay.”
