City Councillor Mike Sargeant was successful in securing a speed display unit for Chesterton. Currently it is on Victoria Road and has been welcomed by local residents who have consistently complained about speeding vehicles.
“It will be moving on to Arbury Road next” says Mike. “20mph was brought in for safety. I will do all I can to make sure it is adhered to.”
